  Visionaire is a Claude Code plugin that runs before any of that starts. One command — /visionaire:start — and it walks you through the questions you should have asked: What problem are you actually solving? Who has it? Does the market
   exist? What does the experience look like before the database is designed? What does the architecture need to support, specifically? What counts as done for each feature?

  It's not a chat interface. It interviews you where it needs your answers, does its own research where it doesn't, and produces a real document at each step that you review and approve before anything moves forward. By the end you have
   a complete specification — something a person could read and understand, and something Claude Code can implement without filling in the blanks with its own guesses.
